i liked the staff only as the otherthings shall to be classified as poor grade
i didnt like, the inside of the hotel, the furnuture, the bar and the resturant as they were dirty, the lateness of the cleaning group as the resturant and the looby still under cleaning till more than 8 am which is not nice for the visitors to see the cleaning ahead in the morning, the room were very poorly furnished and doesnt feel safe to leave.

It has a good Location.
I did not like the service, staff, level of hygiene, and very bad maintenance. Moreover, the hotel has deducte the whole amount of money for all my booked days (6 days) 4days before my arrival, which is not supposed to be done in this way. However, I stayed two days only and checked out.

I stayed 4 night in the hotel I found that staff are very cooperative . the room size is good and comfortable, tioalet was clean , iam enjoyed during staying thank you
The location of the hotel in quite sector then the hotel needs some of facilities for comunecation , like taxi car near to hotel for services. The breakfast was good but needs some additional iteams. thank you

The bed was comfortable...
The room was not ready - had to wait 3 hours for it to be ready. Then there were no towels in the room. The window in the room was stuck shut - furniture was broken. The airconditioner leaked water while it was on all over the floor....only soap in the bathroom....for 50JD, one would expect a bit more. I have stayed in 20JD/night hotels and they have been better in Amman.

The staff were very,very friendly, polite and helpful.I was in need of a doctor they immediately was on the phone for one. They knew enough English to report my condition and even requested the doctor to drive me to the nearest Pharmacy.
In the room the TV would not work. I could not get BBC / CNN. The fridge was not clean enough to put my food in for the return journey. The mattress on the bed was disgraceful!

Good neighborhood,close to the main street,
Its old one there is allot of broken stuff inside the room,the food is very bad there is not choices for breakfast,and the smell of hotel every where is smell of cigertes , thanks next time i dont like ti reserve in this hotel thanx for all your service
